Announcement of Change in Representative Director

We would like to announce that Sora Materials has undergone a change in its Representative Director, effective as of October 2024.

As of October 2024, Hiroyuki Hashimoto has stepped down from his role as Representative Director, and Tomoki Osato has been appointed as the new Representative Director. Hiroyuki Hashimoto continues to serve the company as a member of the Board of Directors.

Please note that this leadership transition has been carried out in accordance with the plans established at the time of the company’s founding.
